Retro Bootleg Characters
This project was designed with the intention of creating pixel art styled versions of popular cartoon characters in retro-styled palettes. It was inspired by bootleg retro video games that could be found on old systems such as the SNES and GBA.
TCR Creative Jam 2024
This pixel art piece was created for The Chinese Room's 2024 Creative Jam. The theme was 'Rituals' and I used this as a focal point for the piece which features a glass window with a star shape etched into it reflecting into the ground as a pentagram. The rainbow effect was my take on a ritual starting, but I wanted to make it more fantastical by using a variety of colours.
