Vtuber Commissions

I've created a huge amount of vtuber models for use with various facetracking apps as well as implementation into VR programs such as VR Chat. Whether it's working with pre-existing designs or developing a character design from scratch, I have had a huge number of these digital avatars brought to life by a variety of clients including content creators, streamers and game developers.

Custom Animations

Custom animations are an implementation that can be added to any vtuber commission for use either as an additive or non-additive toggle to enhance the experience during streams. In this example, an animation was created for the character's wings to open and close on a toggle, as well as having an idle 'flutter' when the wings are open. The wings needed to close so they would take up less space during streams that had a secondary screen, such as gameplay, whereas having them open and fluttering was primarily designed for use during 'Just Chatting' streams.

Vtuber Project: Usagi

My biggest ongoing project is Usagi, a vtuber created for use with streams, interactive worlds, VR and game development. Usagi has had a variety of iterations over the years, with creation and development of the character starting in early 2020.

One of Usagi's iterations (mid-2023) in use in a Unity-based environment, using WASD motion controls for movement including a shift between walk and run, as well as preset animations.

Variety of clips showing different iterations in motion.

Usagi's current iteration consists of 2 main models: regular & chibi. These are usable interchangably depending on context and have a higher depth of detail as well as more advanced face tracking for a more interactive experience during use.

Usagi's 'Chibi' mode has just as much articulaton and movement as the regular model, ensuring that there is nothing lost between switching between the two. They both feature the same amount of blendshapes, and the armature for the Chibi is just smaller.
